Refund Policy
At TEFL Avenues, we’re committed to providing high-quality training and transparent, fair policies for all learners. We understand that circumstances may change, and this refund policy outlines the conditions under which learners may request a refund for their course fees.
- Eligibility for Refunds – Online TEFL Courses (120-Hour / 140-Hour)
Learners enrolled in our online TEFL courses may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided that 0% of the course content has been accessed. Partial refunds may be considered if technical issues prevent access and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
- Eligibility for Refunds – Live TEFL Practicum (20-Hour)
For the live TEFL practicum, a full refund is available if cancellation is requested at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled start date. If cancellation is requested 3 to 6 calendar days before the session, a 50% refund may be granted. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the practicum begins, or for non-attendance without notice. In some cases, rescheduling may be offered as an alternative to a refund, subject to availability and at the discretion of TEFL Avenues.
- Exceptional Circumstances
Learners experiencing serious personal or medical issues may request a refund or course deferral. These requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be supported by appropriate documentation. TEFL Avenues reserves the right to offer alternative solutions, such as rescheduling or credit toward future training.
- How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email support@tefl-avenues.com with the following details:
- Full name and course enrolment information
- Reason for the refund request
- Any relevant supporting documentation
- Preferred resolution (e.g. refund, deferral, course credit)
Refund requests will be acknowledged within 3 working days and reviewed within 10 working days. You’ll receive a written response outlining the outcome and next steps.
- Refund Method & Timing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 working days for the transaction to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. International learners may experience longer processing times due to currency conversion or regional banking systems.
- Final Notes
This refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and clarity for all learners. TEFL Avenues reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time, and any changes will be reflected on this page.
